Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. We strive to ship orders that are placed on or before 12pm EST the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may slightly extend. Any delays will be communicated promptly. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Timelines
We offer several shipping options at checkout to cater to your preferences.
- Standard Shipping (FREE): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after order processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after order processing.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free! Standard shipping costs are baked into the price of the product. Expedited shipping is also available. Expedited shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within USA.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Errors or Issues
We can not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. We pass the items off to a third-party logistics carrier, such as USPS. We can't be accountable for the mistakes or errors of a third party. In the event of any shipping errors, delays, or damaged items upon arrival, please contact our super-friendly Ben Bot for the quickest turnaround. Order and Shipment Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our super-friendly Ben Bot for the quickest turnaround. If you are having issues with Ben Bot, you can contact us at support@benslabworks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after order is placed. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@benslabworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
